4. Premium Listings and Paid Services

We offer paid listing upgrades and advertising opportunities for businesses listed on the Site. If you purchase a premium listing or other paid service:

  • Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your credit card information.
  • Premium listings are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
  • We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that contains inaccurate information or violates these Terms.

5. User-Submitted Content

If you submit information through our forms (such as "Add Your Business" or "Get in Touch"), you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. We may use submitted information to create or update business listings on the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, guides, blog posts, graphics, logos, and site design, is owned by 556 Digital LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Business names, logos, and trademarks displayed in listings belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes only.

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including the websites of listed businesses. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any linked websites. Clicking a link to a third-party site is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
